Orlando was most recently featured in "Life in Chenal" magazine. He spends hours coaching his clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices, making sure they are receiving the most up-to-date information. Orlando’s intention is to help members feel comfortable and not intimidated by fitness. He believes in patience and consistency.
Orlando still offers personal training the way he did when he started, by putting his members first!
Orlando is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas; he received his Bachelor’s in Nutrition. Orlando has been helping Little Rock get in shape for over 20 years. He opened his personal fitness studio in 1997. With his extensive background in nutrition and his deep desire to help people reach their personal fitness goals, his results are phenomenal!

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BS in Physical Education and a minor in Health Science. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has dedicated her career to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. As a former competitive bodybuilder in the 1980s and 1990s, Jackie brings firsthand expertise in functional training, strength training, core stability, nutrition, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise. She specializes in senior training to improve vitality, prolong life, and prevent disease.

Ken Coggins possesses more than three decades of experience developing collegiate and professional athletes.
He previously worked as head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff(2009-2017), Georgie State(2008), Jackson State (2003-07), Belhaven College (1999-2003), Southwest Missouri State (1995-99), Arkansas Little Rock (1990-95) and Delta State (1988). He also served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Memphis State (1988-90).
Coggins has worked with high-profile professional athletes, including former NBA standouts such as Derek Fisher and Penny Hardaway
Coggins earned his B.S. degree in fitness management and exercise physiology from Mississippi State University.
A member of the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Association, he is certified by the National Association of Speed-Strength & Conditioning and the International Sports Association (Speed-Strength Certification) and is a graduate of the Speed-Strength & Quickness Training Seminar at the Sports Conditioning Institute.
He has also traveled extensively to broaden his knowledge, studying at the Lenin Institute for Physical Culture in Moscow, Russia; the German Institute of Physical Culture and Sports Science in Leipzig, Germany; and the Bulgarian Institute of Physical Culture and Sports.
Stephanie has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and is certified in the Peak Pilates System. Her Pilates sessions focus on strengthening core stability, posture, and lung capacity, as well as improving mindfulness and body awareness.

Lisa Willems has been in the fitness industry for 30+ years working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and aerobics coordinator. She has been certified through AFAA, ACE, and AAAI/ISMA and minored in sports medicine at UALR. Lisa has experience working with individuals of all ages, from teenagers to 80 plus years of age. She is currently available to train all ages and any fitness level.
Mike previously served as an officer in the United States Army, during which he obtained several commendations to include the parachutist badge after completing the U.S. Army Airborne school. Mike spent 32 years as an FBI Special Agent, during which he was certified as an FBI Fitness Instructor. Mike was responsible for assisting special agents with fitness programs, as well as administering the FBI’s physical fitness test. Mike has significant experience in preparing physical fitness plans to assist individuals in meeting their respective fitness goals. Mike believes in utilizing both strength training and cardiovascular exercise to develop a total level of fitness. Mike has worked with individuals from all walks of life and from a variety of fitness ages and levels. He has worked with individuals from age 8yrs old to individuals up to 88yrs old.
With over 20 years of exercise, fitness, working out, and training, l've spent the last 10 years training mostly women over 40 to stay strong, mobile, and confident. This was done through resistance training, small group training, and personalized nutritional coaching.
With certifications from NASM (CPT, Small Group Training Specialist) and Precision Nutrition, I focus on empowering women to navigate menopause, muscle loss, and lifestyle changes with science-backed Functional Movement Exercises and nutritional strategies.
My Philosophy:
We are given 1 body and if we continue to move the body and put the right stuff in the body, the body will respond and function as the body was intended to!
